Shipping & Returns


Shipping Information

Prints and Posters will be shipped out within a week of ordering, if this is not possible we will contact you to give an estimated delivery date. Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail unless otherwise agreed with the buyer. Please allow 3-5 days delivery time from dispatch. If an order is urgent, buyers may prefer to use Special Delivery at an additional  cost. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an event outside our control. Up to 5 items can be included in one shipping charge. 

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the pictures to the address you gave us and they will be your responsibility from that time. 

Paintings in frames, and also unframed are best collected from the studio.

If shipping is necessary, the customer will arrange for collection by their courier / delivery company and shipping will be their responsibility. Courier companies are reluctant to ship items in glazed frames, and it may be best for us to remove the glass from the frame, and for the picture to be re-glazed by the customer. 

You own the items once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

International shipping

Orders can be sent internationally. Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees assessed by their country’s government. Duties on goods can vary widely. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the item.

How will I know if my order shipped?

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. 

Exchanges or refunds (if applicable)

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.  If you’d like to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

In the event that your order is obviously damaged on arrival you should take delivery of the package and you have 3 days from the time of delivery to send us an email to inform us of any damage subsequently discovered. All packaging must be retained and where possible please include photos of the damage. We will contact you with instructions on how the product will be returned. Failure to comply with these terms may affect your right to a refund or replacement. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You MUST email us at for return authorisation. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event of a customer not making all reasonable efforts to allow our postal service or courier service to deliver to the address provided. This also applies in the case of items which are returned to us by the postal or courier service ('returned to sender') outside our specified returns time limit. Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs relating to packages returned by our carriers as 'non-deliverable'. These items may also be subject to a handling charge.
